Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations in a fast-paced food container manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing high-volume shipping, coordinating with multiple production lines, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of finished goods and raw materials
· Coordinate closely with production teams across multiple lines to ensure timely material flow and finished product handling
· Manage high-volume outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency
· Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve productivity, reduce errors, and optimize space utilization
· Maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular cycle counts
· Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management
· Ensure compliance with food safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
· Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production planning teams to align supply chain activities
· Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, etc.) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
· Manage relationships with carriers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
· 5+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably in manufacturing or food-related industries
· Proven experience managing high-volume shipping operations
· Experience supporting multiple production lines in a manufacturing environment
· Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software
· Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
· Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP) is a plus

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
